Youth Poetry Slam

Jacksonville’s first annual youth poetry slam is here. Join us for an afternoon where young poets take the stage, raise their voices, and share the stories only they can tell. Presented by Hope at Hand Inc., in partnership with Aniah Heaven Poetry, this uplifting community event invites youth ages 13–18 to compete in a supportive, creative, and inspiring space. Whether you’ve been writing for a while or you are stepping up to the mic for the first time, this is your moment. Your truth matters. Your voice matters. The mic belongs to you.
