Every person is endowed with a spark of creativity. Our culture, education, and life experience do not always recognize this, let alone encourage it. John brings a lifetime of experience and practice to helping people from a wide range of life journeys make contact with that creative spark. No prior experience with poetry is necessary.

John Fox, Practitioner of Poetic Medicine (PPM), is a poet, educator, and author. He is the founder The Institute for Poetic Medicine (2005) a nonprofit offering experiential programs and trainings for people to bring poetry-as-healer into their communities and the world. John is an international leader in the movement of poetry therapy as an expressive art and medicine.
