The rhymes continue as long as the poet feels it is working well and it is often called tumbling verse.

You'll learn about the history and evolution of Skeltonic Verse, and how it has been used by poets throughout the ages to convey humor and energy. Allen Ginsberg used this form in his work titled, "Jumping the Gun on the Sun".
