Huitain Poetry, featuring Lynn Skapyak Harlin

April 24th | 12–1 PM

Join Lynn Skapyak Harlin for a unique poetry workshop on the Huitain Poetry form. The Huitain is a traditional French poetic form consisting of an eight-line stanza, following a specific rhyme scheme. Form allows flexibility in theme and tone. Poets will deepen their grasp of meter and rhyme and learn how to use imagery and emotions within tight structural confines. Come write one with me.
